I’m very impressed with this Glacier Tattoo Glide. I’m no tattoo artist but for aftercare, this is an amazing moisturizer that feels smooth, spreads easy since you don’t need a lot and smells great.The product comes in a 6.8-ounce jar and a little goes a long way. It’s a tad greasy but eventually will absorb into the skin. If you have dry skin, this product will work great. It also is made of natural ingredients and did not cause any skin irritations. I also like that it has no Petroleum in the product.It comes in 3 different scents and I may try one of those on the next Tattoo I get. In the meantime, I have found that using this Tattoo Glide is great on older tattoos as it helps with brightening the color and nourishing the skin.Overall, this is a great product that is comparable in price to others of the same quality. It would make a great gift or a gift of self-care for those who proudly display artwork on their body.

Easy to put on, smooth and doesn't sting.Good aftercare product and you get tons of it for small price.I found this to heal as good as my "usual" brand stuff.Not bad. It's new style and great to cover large healing areas.Great for personal use on large tattoos that are healing.I didn't use it for "during" tattoo, but aftercare works fine.

This glide works great, it applies easily and helps the tattoo needles and machine move smoothly over the skin. It has a nice subtle fragrance and a little bit goes a long way. It is the same texture and has the same properties as most other glide products and doesn’t leave any greasy residue behind. I have had no issues with any type of allergic reactions on anyone and it is gentle on the skin. Great price and great product

I have been reading on how many artists are moving away from petroleum jelly to products similar to this one. When I saw this one here, I decided to give it a shot. The first thing I noticed, is that the price is not the major selling point of the product, however it isn't any worse than some of the other well known products of the type. I haven't tried all of those, but this one certainly does seem to be good one. I don't even know if I've ever held anything in my hand that was made in Iceland, but if this is any indicator, I look forward to others! The smell is amazing, and hits you as soon as you open the jar. The consistency seems good, if a little thick, but it starts to flow well once the warmth of the skin meets it allowing it to spread easily. I still plan on trying other petroleum alternatives, but I do look this one so far.Recommended!

This balm has one of the best scents I’ve experienced in a product like this — pleasant without being overpowering. It has a very pleasant scent that smells sweet, and fruity in nature, & smells really good! It performs incredibly well, & the quality is outstanding! I really love that it doesn’t contain petroleum, & it’s versatile, works great as a high-quality aftercare tattoo balm, & as a tattoo glide for artist. It’s incredibly easy to work with, it keeps the skin nicely, moisturized, minimizes, redness, and swelling. It doesn’t take much at all, a very thin layer works beautifully, & a little goes a very long way. It absorbs nicely, and rather quickly into the skin. It’s not tacky, oily, greasy, or sticky, & doesn’t leave behind any residue at all. It’s also very effective at reviving dull tattoo’s, and making them look more vibrant. My husband has been doing tattoos for decades and was blown away by the quality of this. Even he liked the smell and he is not one for candy scents. I try to avoid petroleum products at all costs, and especially dont want any absorbed in my skin if I can help it. That's where this stuff comes in :) absorbs quickly, honestly I am thinking of giving it a try for regular skin care lol. I will have to come back and update after use.

Right off the bat, the scent on this balm is awesome. It reminds me of a juicy fruit gum—fresh and sweet without being too much. The texture is buttery and smooth, not too thick or waxy, and it stays put without melting into a mess like some others I’ve tried. It goes on easily and feels great during and after the session.In terms of effectiveness, it really does help calm the skin and keep things moisturized without clogging pores or feeling heavy. My skin felt soft and healthy throughout healing, and there was way less scabbing than usual. For the size of the container and how little you need per use, it’s actually a solid value. Definitely one of the better quality tattoo glides I’ve used—would buy again for sure.

Glacier glide this is a premium tattoo glide. It smells super amazing. It’s very vibrant on the skin. It has grape seed oil in it. I love the ingredients to it as soon as the skin is very affordable and great quality.

I genuinely love this stuff. The smell alone took me straight back to being a 90’s kid, it reminds me so much of my favorite chapstick growing up, and it’s honestly addictive in the best way. It smells amazing without being overwhelming.What really sold me though is how non greasy it is. It glides on smoothly, keeps the skin hydrated, and doesn’t leave that heavy, oily feeling a lot of tattoo products do. There is a slight orange tint when you first apply it, but it completely disappears once it’s rubbed in.I’ve been using this during the 2nd and 3rd week of tattoo healing, and it’s been incredible. I personally wouldn’t use a scented product immediately after a fresh tattoo, but once you’re past those first few days, this has worked better than a lot of other balms I’ve tried. My skin stays soft, calm, and moisturized for hour.

I can’t get over how good this stuff smells! It’s something really unique that really stands out as super pleasant. Overall it works exactly how I had hoped and it’s a really nice quality item. It goes on easily and really helps moisturize. This is definitely something that I would recommend for sure! The scent is my absolute favorite part though for sure.

This was super nice. The ointment warmed up in my hand and melted into my skin almost instantly. It left my tattoos hydrated and looking absolutely amazing. The product itself is very effective as well. The smell is very mild so even if you dont like scented balms, id still recommend giving this one a try. All in all, this is a pretty good way to keep your tattoos looking amazing

Solid product for tattoo aftercare. I am using this on a tattoo that is 14 days healed. I would personally not use this on a tattoo that’s a few days fresh/ peeling, since it has a lot of fragrances in it which doesn’t work well for me in the initial tattoo recovery phase.The balm has a deep orange color, the ingredients are all good and clean, and it has a strong fruity vape juice smell to it which is pleasant. If this came in an unscented option, I would totally get that instead but I also know that a lot of people like their aftercare products scented. The jar itself is very big and it contains a lot of product.The balm itself is really nice. When I put my finger in it, it’s super soft. It goes on the tattoo easily and spreads super easily which I appreciate. It does a great job at moisturizing my tattoo; even after half a day my tattoo feels moisturized. Like any other balm, it’s not greasy if you apply it correctly. You have to apply a very thin layer to your tattoo. Anything made of oils and butters will be greasy if you apply too much. But this absorbs well into the skin, so make sure you apply a small amount of amount and it’s perfect.
